Shiba Inu founder under the pseudonymous name ‘Ryoshi’ will be stepping down from the Shiba Community member. As reported, the Shib founder Ryoshi has deleted all his blog posts and tweets from Twitter. However, the account is still active but without any posts.
Ever since the launch of Shiba Inu in August 2020, Ryoshi’s identity has remained a mystery. This is identical to the Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto’s case where nobody knows who is the actual person behind the Bitcoin invention. Moreover, both the founders do not wish to expose their true identities in the industry and chose to remain pseudonymous.
On Twitter, Ryoshi’s profile picture has been replaced by Buddhist Jetsun Milarepa, a Tibetan Siddha. Before becoming a Buddha follower, Siddha was a murderer at a young age. Today he is known to be the highest disciple of Buddhism.

Shiba Inu’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama penned down a special Shiba Memorial dedicated to Ryoshi. According to Shytoshi this is the ‘you have learned all I can show you” moment for the entire Shib community and Ryoshi as well. The large ecosystem of Shiba Inu including digital assets, tokens, and metaverse has been handed to ‘the apprentices’. Whereas Ryoshi will now take a back seat and will watch the meme coin and related ecosystem grow to new heights. Shytoshi Kusama also writes,
“The ethos of Ryoshi to remain anonymous and have no input on the direction of Shib, makes our mythos even more mystic and impressive. We’ve built from nothing, never paid an exchange for a listing, and revolutionized “meme” tokens by growing exponentially.”
