Nike, the most popular brand for shoes and apparel has prepared to enter the metaverse and NFT market with their new digital sneakers. It has partnered with RTFKT Studios to craft its digital sneakers and other wearables. Nike is set to launch the new NFT collection ‘CryptoKicks’ in metaverse soon along with other RTFKT-designed digital wearables.
RTFKT is the most renowned brand that has also done some notable projects like CloneX. They have worked with Epic Games, Atari Games, Fewocious, and many others. Today, RTFKT has officially revealed their new collection designed in collaboration with Nike and claims to be the ‘Future of Sneaker’ and Nike’s first Ethereum-based NFT sneakers.

Nike’s CryptoKicks will be introduced with EVO X which is a collection of eight different skins possessing a variety of upgrades and powers. Also, these future sneakers come with skin vials (of course you have to buy them at first) that tend to change the skin color and boost the digital sneakers with different power.
The EVO X collection features DNA-based evolved skins. Further to this, there are thousands of skins pertaining different traits to the users.
Additionally, the collection is up for auction on one of the largest NFT marketplaces OpenSea and the most priced sneaker is up for bid at 40 ETH ($118,080). Whereas the least rated sneaker is RTFKT x Nike Dunk Genesis ANGL CRYPTOKICKS with a current of 0.0000000001 ETH on the CryptoKicks collection.
