Tesla is considering dogecoin payment for its supercharger stations

In a tweet today, Tesla CEO, Elon Musk hinted that Tesla supercharging stations will accept Dogecoin (DOGE) as one of the payment modes. Supercharging station located in Santa Monica might be the first station to accept DOGE as a mode of payment. Following the tweet today, the Dogecoin price paced up with good hopes.

Ryan Zohoury, the founder of Tesla Console, posted a picture of the newly opened supercharging station in Santa Monica on Twitter. Responding to this picture, Elon Musk presented more state-of-the-art plans for the Tesla charging station. The station will be going to have futuristic diners with a drive-in theater too. Further, Musk hint to start accepting DOGE coin payment mode at the Tesla supercharging points.

In December, the electric car maker Tesla implied on accepting Dogecoin for merchandise on a test basis. Through Dogecoin, buyers can purchase apparel, belt buckle, mini models of vehicles, cyberquad bike for kids, and many more on their official website.

Elon Musk is a pro dogecoin supporter and calls himself dogefather. However, his notorious attempts to manipulate the crypto market prices have also made him the most hated person in the crypto community.
